Intimidating the Court from the Rose Garden

This is definitely an Imperial President; a well-trained ideologue of the Hard Left.
Today, April 2, 2012, at an “economic summit” in the White House Rose Garden with fellow North American leaders Martin of Canada and Calderon of Mexico, he brazenly attempted to influence a Supreme Court decision. An FDR redux of the first order, he boldly exhibited his arrogance again.
A decision on the constitutionality of PPACA (Obamacare) has not been made, yet this President publicly intimidates the Court, to try and fix the outcome.
This is the keystone in his Leftist plan to radically remake the American economic character, so he has no difficulty in interfering with the process of the Judicial Branch. Under Mr. Obama’s plan, he thinks it’s only necessary to have one branch.
While justices mull over their decision concerning a massive violation of constitutional law, this President cannot stay away from his political diatribe for one press conference.
Maybe he was just giving marching orders to his media minions present at the event… or boldly intimidating the Supreme Court again on live television with another veiled threat to the system he despises.
Or both.
